Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to the services provided by Exact Visa Services, under the legal entities Exact Typing & Documents Clearing Services (UAE), Exact Visa Services (Private) Limited (Pakistan), and Exact Visa Services LLC (US), referred to as Exact Visa Services. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Services Covered
This policy applies to all services provided by Exact Visa Services, including but not limited to:
- Visa processing (visit, study, work, family, and business visas)
- Business setup services
- Typing services for government departments (e.g., MOHRE, Amer, GDRFA)
- Travel and Umrah packages
- Other consultancy and documentation services
2. Non-Refundable Services
Government fees and visa application charges are strictly non-refundable. Once we submit your application and pay the government fees on your behalf, those fees cannot be refunded regardless of whether the visa application is approved or rejected, as per the government’s policy.
Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective government authorities. Exact Visa Services only facilitates the application process and provides consultancy; we do not have control over the approval or denial of visas. Therefore:
- Once the application is submitted and the payment is made to the government, neither the government fees nor our service charges will be refunded.
This applies to all types of services and fees, including but not limited to:
💼 Amer | 🏢 Tas-heel | 👨💻 MOHRE | 🛂 GDRFA, DED, DET, Dubai Court, travel packages, and all other visa applications.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- Service Not Rendered: If the service has not yet been initiated and no government or third-party fees have been incurred, you may request a refund within 7 business days of payment.
- Service Cancellation by Us: If we are unable to complete the service due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., government restrictions or technical issues), we will offer a refund for our service fees, excluding any government or third-party fees already paid.

4. Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
- For payments made via international methods, exchange rates and processing fees may impact the final refund amount.
5. Cancellations and Returns
As we provide intangible services, returns do not apply. However, cancellations may be possible before your application is submitted to the government. If your application has already been submitted, no cancellations or refunds will be available for service or government fees.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding refunds or services, please contact our customer service team at support@exactvisaservices.com. We aim to resolve any issues fairly and efficiently.
For UAE-based services, disputes may also be directed to the Dubai Consumer Protection Department. For Pakistan-based services, local consumer rights laws apply. For US-based services, relevant state laws will govern any disputes.
7. Changes to This Policy
Exact Visa Services reserves the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
